Terms of Use

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern access to and use of the website and related services operated under the brand REALESCORT (the “Platform”, “we”, “us”, “our”). By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

1. Platform role (advertising only) and no intermediary

REALESCORT is an advertising and information platform. We do not provide escort or companionship services ourselves. We do not act as an agent, representative, broker, employer, or intermediary for advertisers or users. We do not negotiate arrangements between users and advertisers, and we do not benefit from any transaction between them other than the sale of advertising services and platform features to advertisers.

We do not forward personal messages and we do not hold any additional contact details beyond what is displayed in each listing/profile. If you want further details, contact advertisers directly using the contact information shown.

2. Adults only (18+)

The Platform is for adults only. You must be at least 18 years old to access or use the Platform. If you are under 18, you must leave immediately and must not provide any personal information.

3. User obligations and lawful use

You are responsible for ensuring your use of the Platform is lawful and complies with all applicable laws and regulations. You must not use the Platform in a way that violates any law, infringes rights, or causes harm to others.

4. Definitions

“Advertising” means paid or unpaid promotional placement of listings and related content by individuals and agencies (“Advertisers”).

“Listing” means any profile, advertisement, post, photo, text, or other content submitted for publication on the Platform.

“Agency” means any person or entity placing Advertising on behalf of a third party.

5. Accounts and security

To access certain features you may need to create an account. You agree to provide accurate information and keep it up to date. You are responsible for all activity under your account and must keep your credentials confidential. If you suspect unauthorised access, contact us promptly.

6. Content standards and prohibited activities

You must not:

  • post false, deceptive, or misleading information, including fake identity claims or stolen images;
  • post content that is harassing, abusive, hateful, defamatory, or threatening;
  • post content involving minors, or content that sexualises minors (zero tolerance);
  • post content that infringes intellectual property, privacy, or other rights of any person;
  • attempt to bypass security, scrape the Platform at scale, reverse engineer, or interfere with operation;
  • upload malware or attempt unauthorised access to accounts, systems, or data;
  • engage third parties to post fake reviews, comments, ratings, or discussions;
  • use the Platform to facilitate scams, fraud, extortion, or other harmful conduct.

7. Advertiser representations

By submitting or purchasing Advertising, you represent and warrant that:

  • you have the right to publish the Listing and all included content (including images);
  • all information is accurate and not misleading;
  • no person depicted or referenced is under 18 years old;
  • you have obtained express consent from any person whose information or image appears in the Listing;
  • your Listing complies with applicable laws and does not infringe third-party rights.

8. Moderation, removal, and suspension

We may (but are not obliged to) review, moderate, remove, or restrict Listings or accounts that we believe violate these Terms, pose safety risks, are likely unlawful, or create legal exposure for the Platform or users. We may suspend or terminate access at our discretion to protect the Platform, users, advertisers, or our legal interests.

9. Payments, premium features, and refunds

We may offer paid features (for example, credits, premium placement, featured listings, or promotional boosts). Unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase:

  • fees for Advertising and paid features are non-refundable once the service has been delivered (e.g., a listing has been published/featured);
  • where a refund is offered, it is limited to cases of unauthorised or fraudulent payment, or a demonstrable failure to deliver the purchased feature attributable to us;
  • if a Listing is removed or terminated due to a breach of these Terms, any remaining time/credit may be forfeited.

10. Disclaimers

Listings and other content are provided by third parties. We do not guarantee accuracy, completeness, or suitability of any Listing. Your interactions with advertisers are solely between you and the advertiser. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim responsibility for outcomes arising from your use of or reliance on Listings.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by New Zealand law, REALESCORT will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunities arising out of or related to your use of the Platform. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid to REALESCORT for the specific paid feature giving rise to the claim (if any).

12. Intellectual property

The Platform (including design, text, graphics, logos, and software) is owned by or licensed to REALESCORT and protected by applicable laws. You must not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from the Platform without prior written permission, except as permitted by law.

13. User-generated content licence

You retain ownership of your content. By submitting a Listing, you grant REALESCORT a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, store, reproduce, display, and distribute your content solely for operating, promoting, and improving the Platform, and for providing the services you request. You warrant you have the rights and permissions needed to grant this licence.

14. Privacy

Our handling of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy. By using the Platform, you acknowledge that your data may be processed as described there.

15. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version will be published on this page. Continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

16. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or the Platform shall be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Zealand.
